Insurance Solution Agency is an independent insurance agency. We work with multiple licensed insurance carriers but are not employed by, owned by, or exclusively affiliated with any single carrier. Quotes and coverage recommendations reflect our independent assessment of available options.
Submission of a quote request does not guarantee that coverage will be bound or that a policy will be issued. Coverage is subject to underwriting approval, carrier eligibility requirements, and applicable California Department of Insurance regulations.
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final premiums may differ based on underwriting review, credit history (where permitted), loss history, and other factors. We are not responsible for discrepancies between estimated and final premiums.
It is your responsibility to review all policy documents, declarations pages, and endorsements carefully. Contact us immediately if any information is incorrect or if you have questions about your coverage.
SR-22 certificates are filed on your behalf with the California DMV through your insurance carrier. You are responsible for maintaining continuous coverage as required by your court order or DMV requirement. Lapse in coverage will result in SR-22 cancellation and notification to the DMV.
Tax preparation services are provided for informational and filing assistance purposes only. Insurance Solution Agency and its representatives are not licensed attorneys or CPAs. For complex tax situations, you are encouraged to consult a licensed CPA or tax attorney.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide for tax preparation. We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or other consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
Tax preparation fees must be paid prior to or at the time of service delivery. We do not guarantee specific tax refund amounts or outcomes.
Notary services are performed in accordance with California Government Code §§ 8200–8230 and all applicable state laws. Our notary public is a commissioned California Notary Public and is bound by the laws and ethical standards of the State of California.
We do not provide legal advice in connection with notary services. If you require legal guidance regarding documents to be notarized, please consult a licensed attorney.
Notarization of a document does not constitute legal advice or verification of the document's contents — it only authenticates the identity of the signer and the voluntariness of the signature.
Fees for tax preparation and notary services are disclosed at the time of service. Insurance premiums are set by the issuing carrier and are not established by Insurance Solution Agency.
Payments for service fees are due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards as forms of payment.
Service fees paid for tax preparation or notary services are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered. Refund requests for insurance premiums are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the issuing insurance carrier.
We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes without your express consent.
Information you provide may be shared with insurance carriers, underwriters, and government agencies as necessary to provide the services you request, process your application, or comply with legal requirements.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our contact or quote forms, you authorize Insurance Solution Agency and its affiliated companies to contact you via phone call or text message, including through an autodialer or prerecorded voice, for promotional and service-related purposes. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination of services does not affect the rights and obligations of the parties that accrued prior to termination. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
